Here is the entire set played at Shorecrest High School in Seattle for their Snow Ball dance. 100% of the music played was a request starting with more pop/rock in the beginning tailoring the set for the early comers then transitioning into more hip hop as the night progresses. PRO DJs Seattle hosting another college event for the University of Washington and their Midnight Carnival. One of the largest events we DJ all year with 5,000 of our closest friends.
PRO DJs had an amazing time providing services as the Wedding DJ @ Foss Waterway in Tacoma with Matt, Surrey and all their friends at family. We were hired to provide sound outside for the ceremony and inside for the reception.
For the ceremony we provided a lapel mic for the officiant as well as the groom and a wireless handheld mic for readings. As guests arrived we played a variety of love songs. The processional songs for the parents and wedding party were Mariah Carey “Honey” (Bad boy remix) and Justin Timberlake, “Sexy Back”. Surrey, the bride, walked down the isle to Christina Perri “A thousand years”. Their exit music was to Kesha & Pitbull “Timber”.
For the reception we provided a sound system with a wireless microphone, lighting effects, projection screen and DJ/Emcee services. Cocktail/Dinner music was a mix of Top 40 (Poppy, etc). Upbeat, nothing to slow. Later once the dancing began it was mainly a mix of Top 40 and Thai.
We had a blast and they did to starting the ceremony at 6pm and dancing till the very last song at 2am
PRO DJs would like to thank Rick+Anna Photography for the amazing pictures provided in the video.
Just wrapped DJ services for an end of school year cruise for Cascade Middle School on the Argosy boat, “Spirit of Seattle”. Wish we were allowed to take pictures of the students to show you how much fun they had but the fun did spill over to the crew who couldn’t help but keep the party alive in the loading dock while packing u!
Another fantastic wedding ceremony & reception at the Seattle Aquarium with PRO DJs! Johnny and Grace originally planned to get married outside but due to weather had to move everything inside. No problem, flexibility is part of our job description and we easily coordinated with them and the aquarium to seamlessly move their ceremony inside to right in front of the beautiful large fish tank.
Johnny & Grace had a friend sing and play guitar for part of their ceremony and we played the rest. Upon the conclusion of the ceremony guests were invited to check out the aquarium while the staff flipped the room for the reception. While guests enjoyed the aquarium they could hear all our music and announcements thanks to the ease of patching into the aquarium sound system.
Johnny and Grace had a lot of fun planned for their guests including a large scale introduction of the parents and wedding party. We also hosted a scavenger hunt to determine which guests would go through the buffet line first
Keeping with the fun theme the Matron of Honor worked with PRO DJs prior to their wedding to surprise the newlyweds with a song. Needless to say Johnny, Grace and all their guests loved it! After the toasts a game was held to give away a bouquet of flowers to the longest married couple. Johnny & Grace also played the fun and hilarious shoe game that’s always good for a few laughs!
After all the great food and activities it was time to dim the lights, crank up the music and party! Johnny, Grace and all their friends and family did just that right up until the end!
